The Sound
Premier Volleyball Team announced today it will play four showcase matches and
have two outreach events as part of its 2013 competition schedule. The showcase matches will be played at
Sunrise Courts in Puyallup on February 22 and May 3 and at the Lake Stevens
Volleyball Training Center on March 16 and April 13. The outreach events will take place at the
Kirkland Boys and Girls Club on March 8 and the Rainier Vista Boys and Girls
Club on March 15.
The team
will showcase the best women’s volleyball players in the Puget Sound Region
against a variety of opponents from within and outside of the Puget Sound
Region. Showcase matches and outreach
events will be preceded by The Sound Premier Volleyball Experience, an
opportunity for young volleyball players to get on the court with the Sound
Premier Volleyball Team players and participate in drills and games alongside
their heroes from the team.
Tickets will
be available to the general public for the Showcase events at Sunrise Courts
and the Lake Stevens Volleyball Training Center through BrownPaperTickets.com. Participation in the Sound Premier Volleyball
Experience is available to any member of USA Volleyball and registration will
be handled through PSRVB.org. Boys and
Girls club participants and their families at the Kirkland and Rainier Vista
Boys and Girls Clubs will have first option to attend the outreach events at their
facilities.
